Kirsten Garbini is the Founder and CEO of DINEO Pact, where she helps organisations change behaviour at scale, accelerate AI adoption and translate new capabilities into measurable business performance. With more than 20 years of experience in executive leadership, management consulting and culture transformation, Kirsten works across South Africa and the United States to design practical change and adoption ecosystems that enable people to confidently embrace new ways of working. Her PhD research explores Communities of Practice as spaces for deep learning, belonging, knowledge sharing and sustained innovation.
Biography
Kirsten Garbini is the Founder and CEO of DINEO Pact, helping organisations change behaviour at scale, accelerate AI adoption and translate new capability into measurable business performance. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in executive leadership, management consulting and culture interventions, Kirsten founded DINEO Pact in 2019 to address a persistent challenge: significant investment in technology, learning and transformation does not always translate into changes in everyday practice. Working with organisations in South Africa and the United States, she designs enterprise change and adoption ecosystems that connect learning, knowledge sharing, social influence and practical application. Her approach uses AI as a force multiplier, helping people interpret change, experiment with new tools and embed better ways of working within their teams and workflows. Kirsten approaches adoption as a system. Her work brings together the people, practices and conditions that enable individuals to use new capabilities confidently, solve real business problems and sustain change. Her PhD research explores Communities of Practice as spaces for deep learning, belonging, knowledge sharing and sustained innovation, connecting academic inquiry with the realities of enterprise transformation. At the heart of her work is a commitment to designing change that people can interpret, influence and own—and making that process innovative, practical and engaging.
