Lillian Ogbogoh is an international speaker, transformational storyteller, and certified NeuroChange Practitioner who helps high-achieving women stop over-functioning, overcome self-doubt, and lead with authenticity. Blending behavioural science, storytelling, and identity transformation, she empowers women to reclaim their confidence and visibility particularly Black and Brown women navigating the added pressures of bias and belonging. Lillian has delivered keynotes and training for organisations including the UK Civil Service, NatWest, and the Ministry of Justice, and hosts the podcast In Her Own Name.
Biography
Lillian Ogbogoh is an international speaker, transformational storyteller, and leadership expert who helps high-achieving women break free from over-functioning, self-doubt, and the pressure to perform a version of leadership that was never truly theirs. She empowers women to stop negotiating their worth and start leading with authenticity, confidence, and purpose. Working with women from diverse backgrounds and particularly Black and Brown women navigating the additional challenges of microaggressions, underrepresentation, and the pressure to constantly prove themselves Lillian creates transformative experiences that inspire lasting personal and professional change. As a certified NeuroChange Practitioner and Master NLP Practitioner, she combines behavioural science, storytelling, and identity-level transformation to help individuals reshape limiting beliefs and unlock their full leadership potential. Her engaging and thought-provoking keynotes are known for delivering radical clarity, fostering genuine connection, and creating meaningful shifts in both mindset and action. Lillian has delivered keynote speeches and leadership training for organisations including the UK Civil Service, NatWest, the Ministry of Justice, and leading Pan-African leadership conferences. She is also the host of the podcast In Her Own Name, where she facilitates bold conversations about leadership, identity, and visibility, inspiring women to reclaim their space in systems that were not designed with them in mind and to lead unapologetically from who they truly are.
