Biography
Prof. Daniela Pampanin leads the Biological Chemistry group and the Ecotoxicology and Environmental Monitoring groups at the University of Stavanger. Her research focuses on evaluating chemical and biological measurements to understand the sub-lethal effects of contaminants on marine organisms, using advanced molecular and omics techniques. She brings extensive expertise in environmental monitoring, ecotoxicology, and sustainable marine research. Prof. Pampanin has contributed to numerous studies on ecosystem health and the impact of pollutants, helping inform science-based environmental management and policy.
