Andiswa Mrasi is a dynamic higher education leader, researcher, and project manager at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology. With over 15 years of experience across academia and industry, she oversees strategic initiatives and the faculty’s internationalization agenda, supporting 16 academic departments in the Faculty of Business and Management Sciences. Her portfolio spans partnership management—locally and internationally—stakeholder engagement, corporate affairs, and the execution of special projects in support of CPUT’s Vision 2030.

Andiswa’s expertise bridges strategic management, international relations, and research on small, medium, and micro-enterprises (SMMEs). She holds a Master’s in Retail Business Management and is currently a doctoral candidate in Marketing, demonstrating her ongoing commitment to advancing scholarship and leadership in business education.

Known for her collaborative leadership and passion for social impact, Andiswa is also an active philanthropist and board trustee of the Carel Du Toit Trust, dedicated to early childhood hearing healthcare. Her cross-sector experience—from product management and events to enterprise development—equips her to drive sustainable change and inspire stakeholder communities across South Africa and beyond.
