Prof. Bernadine Idowu is an award-winning biomedical scientist, educator, and champion for diversity in STEM. A leading voice in inclusive research, she has spearheaded initiatives like the BME Early Career Researcher Conference and co-chairs the MRC Black in Biomedical Research Advisory Group, overseeing a £3.7 million diversity initiative. As a Visiting Senior Lecturer at King’s College London, she is dedicated to mentoring and curriculum reform.
