Prof. Frances Separovic is a pioneering biophysical chemist and Professor Emeritus at the University of Melbourne. Renowned for her groundbreaking work in NMR spectroscopy, she has advanced the understanding of membrane protein structures. As Victoria’s first female Professor of Chemistry, she has held influential leadership roles in academia and international scientific organisations. A champion for women in STEM, her accolades include the Order of Australia and the Croatian Women of Influence Award. At the WLHE Summit 2025, she will inspire with her journey of scientific excellence, leadership, and advocacy for gender equity in research and academia.
