Prof. Lisa Dionne Morris is a pioneering design engineering expert, executive coach, and advocate for equity in academia. As a Public and Industry Understanding of Capability Driven Design professor, she specialises in innovation, assistive technology, and product development. She founded the Black Females Academic Network (BFAN) and GEMS Executive Coaching, mentoring ethnic minority scholars for academic success. With leadership roles in STEMM education, curriculum innovation, and international advisory boards, she champions inclusive, capability-driven change. At the WLHE Summit 2025, she will provide transformative insights on leadership, diversity, and fostering inclusive excellence in higher education and industry.
